The wines goes well with aperitifs, but also with fish, cheese, Asian, exotic and fusion cuisine.
It is reminding a little of the Valais specialities Petite Arvine or Heida or Sauvignon Blanc, but develops its own fruit bouquet. The balanced acidity gives the wine spine and length.

A very well-balanced, beautiful vintage due to less capricious weather.
Yellow fruit, some elderflower and citrus notes characterise the bouquet and the wine as a whole. Full-bodied on the palate with well-balanced acidity, full body and a long-lasting finish.
